Shipping & Delivery:

At SWO LLC we pride ourselves on top notch customer service and the fastest shipping in the industry. In most cases your product will ship the same day, but this is dependent on the type of shipping selected during check out, the time the order is placed as well as payment type. The average order is shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase.All orders placed after 3pm will be shipped out the following day

Once the order is shipped a confirmation email will be sent containing the tracking number and any order comments that are available. For information regarding out damaged products policy, please review the Returns & Replacement Section. 

Free Shipping on orders over $100 only applies to orders placed and shipped within the 50 US StatesAll International orders can be shipped USPS priority Mail and will pay actual freight cost to your country and are not eligible for free freight orders over $100.00.

All international order must phone their orders in for correct shipping quotes.

Wheel adapters are non-refundable, Exchange Only! So make sure you have all fitment information correct prior to ordering; or contact customer service for assistance. 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri Eastern Time

You will be responsible for all shipping costs if you purchased the wrong wheel adapter or wheel spacer and you would like to make an exchange.

Wheel adapters or spacers that have been mounted or installed can not be exchanged.

Custom order's with custom drilling do not qualify for any type of returns.

Please contact us for a RMA number for all exchanges.

Exchanged Items will only be accepted for the following:

If you have received the wrong product by SWO's error we will process a return shipping label and exchange your order with the correct items. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground No exceptions. Only unused product that has not been installed or altered is eligible for exchange.

Any part purchased from SWO stores needs to be exchanged within 7 days after you receive the goods, provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. The part must be unused, in its original resalable condition. After 7 days there is absolutely no exchanges on any products.

Improper packaging causing items to bump and scratch against each other because of carelessness packaging will not be exchanged at all. NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For your protection, we suggest that you insure your return shipment and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.

Cancellation can usually be made immediately after purchase. If the order has already been processed and shipped, the order cannot be canceled and you will need to contact customer service at 586-806-4348 

Clearance & Special Order Items:

No Exchanges can be accepted. Canadian Customers: If an item is damaged, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Please call for further details.

 If your shipment has arrived damaged/missing items, contact Customer Service 586-806-4348 within 24 hours to report the damage/missing items. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment.

The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to SWO LLC. 

Ordering:

Billet Adapters are intended to be used ONLY on a show vehicle, stylized for a special look and NOT intended to be used on long driving, freeway driving and every day driving.Under no circumstances will SWO LLC. be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential,or other damages based on any improper use. Please be aware that SWO’s pictures representing product in any way does not mean those are the exact items you are receiving.All product may be substituted for similar product if its currently out of stock at time of ordering, By checking our terms and agreement at checkout, you are agreeing to our policies. All on hand adapters come with lug nuts already on the stud. There is no other hardware supplied with the adapters, it’s your responsibility to provide the correct hardware when mounting the adapters to your vehicle. SWO DOES NOT SUPPLY THIS HARDWARE.

Simply browse and select products for your shopping cart. Once in the shopping cart, you will be able to begin the checkout process. During the checkout, take care to enter your payment, billing and shipping details correctly as incorrectly entered details may result in a delay or cancellation of your order. It is recommended that you print your order confirmation or make a note of your order number. Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail shortly afterward. If you are purchasing online, you have multiple payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard,  PayPal. If you wish to use American Express, the credit card details must be processed via PayPal. 

Once the entire balance has been paid and the payment has cleared, your order will ship.

Although we try extremely hard to verify all stock quantities before/after every purchase, it is possible that a product may become unavailable. If a product has become unavailable we will notify you and process a refund immediately. On occasion, if we do not have the product, it may be back ordered with the permission of the customer and shipped when available.
